INTRODUCTION
Epson Australia allows end-users to purchase Extended Warranty Certificates on its range of Australian products. Protect your investment and have peace of mind knowing that if something ever does go wrong, you're covered.

Epson Extended Warranty Certificates increase the term your Epson new product warranty by a further 12 or 24 months (excluding Factory Seconds).

To purchase an Epson Extended Warranty Certificate, select the product type and model and then simply key in the product serial number into our Shop Online website. Once you've paid online via credit card an Epson Extended Warranty Certificate in PDF format will be e-mailed to you automatically. In the future should you need to make a claim, simply produce the Extended Warranty Certificate along with your proof of purchase to the service agent.

• Epson Extended Warranty Certificates extend the standard Epson new product warranty by a further 12 or 24 months.
• Epson's standard warranty conditions will otherwise apply unaltered to Extended Warranty Certificates. For more information on Epson warranty, click here
• Extended Warranty Certificates are not transferable.
• Extended Warranty Certificates do not apply to Epson product accessories or consumables.
• Extended Warranty Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with or to extend the term of any Epson Bonus Warranty Certificate or with any third party extended warranty agreement.
• The use of non-genuine Epson consumables may void an Extended Warranty Certificate.
• Epson's Service Agent may charge you for labour, parts and travel costs, if any conditions of an Extended Warranty Certificate are breached.
• The Extended Warranty Certificates may only be purchased within thirty (30) days from the original new product purchase date.
• The Extended Warranty Certificates sold on this site are only available on new product sold in Australia by Epson Australia or Australian Epson Stockists.

From time to time, Epson may revise the Extended Warranty Policy and suggests that you should periodically review this page.

Epson will not send you any separate notification of any changes to its Extended Warranty Policy.
