The Seven Steps to Checkout

If you're a first time user or just need some help, then follow our Seven Steps to Checkout.
These seven easy-to-follow steps will help you find and purchase the Epson products you are after.
 
Step 1.
 
Adding products to your Trolley
 
First click on a product category from the home page.
  • Select the model printer from the drop down list and view the printer and the related consumables. After selecting a product and quantity simply click on the "Add to Trolley" button and add one or more products to your trolley.
  • You are then directed to the My Trolley page.
  • You may also click the 'Shop for More' button if you want to add more products to your trolley.
Step 2.
 
My Trolley
On the My Trolley page you may :
  • Check the contents of your trolley.
  • Adjust the quantity levels or delete products from your trolley if required.
  • On the My Trolley page you can also click on the "Freight Calculator" button to determine the delivery costs to your suburb.
  • You may also click the "Shop for More" button to return the previous product page and add more products to your trolley.
  • At any time whilst browsing the site you may click on the My Trolley icon to be directed back to this page.
  • To proceed to the checkout simply click the "Continue" button to proceed to the secure login page.     
Step 3.
 
Member Login
 
At this stage of the process you login in to your account or set up a new account if you are not already a member of the Digital Store.
  • Enter your E-mail address in the E-mail text field.
  • Enter your Password in the Password text field.
  • Then click the 'Submit' button to Login to your account.
If you have not already set up an account, simply click on the 'Click Here for a New Account' link.
 
Step 4.
 
Checkout: Billing & Delivery Details
 
After logging in you'll be directed to the Billing & Delivery Details page to confirm your delivery address:
  • To change your Delivery address, simply edit the delivery details and select the check box at the bottom of the page to update your details.
  • Once you're happy with your billing and delivery details, click the 'Continue' button to proceed to the Delivery Charges screen.   
Step 5.
 
Checkout: Delivery Charges
 
On this screen your the Delivery Charges are confirmed including GST. Click on the 'Continue' button to proceed to checkout.
 
Step 6.
 
Checkout - Shopping Summary
 
Check that your billing & delivery address are correct and that your order details are correct.
  • At this stage you may also create a print-out of this page as a quotation, by clicking on the 'Print a Copy' button at the bottom of the screen.
  • If you are happy with your order, simply click on the 'Pay Now' button.
  • You will then be directed to the Commonwealth Bank's Internet Payment facility where you enter your credit card details. On this secure site you'll enter your credit card details and confirm the payment. Your credit card details are not entered into, passed through or retained by Epson's systems.
Step 7.
 
Commonwealth Bank Internet Payment Services
 
On the Commonwealth Bank Internet payment facility, you may click on the Payments Help link on the top left of the screen to view a demonstration of how the payment facility operates.
   
Select either Visa or MasterCard and progress to the Card Details page. Then enter your Credit Card information in the text fields. Please refer to the Commonwealth Bank's Terms and Conditions for further information about the use and operation of their site.

When all the information is entered correctly click on the 'Pay' button to make your payment.
 
NOTE: Your Credit Card details do not pass through or are not retained on Epson's systems, you are dealing directly with the Bank's credit card systems.

Once the payment has been approved, a bank transaction number will appear and you then be transferred automatically back to Epson's Digital Store website. An order confirmation page on the Digital Store will be displayed showing a 4 digit "Web Order Number".

Once the payment is accepted do not close the Commonwealth Bank's payment screen, it will close automatically and return you to the Epson website. Should this process fail, contact Epson customer service 1300 361 054 or email weborders@epson.com.au
 
After confirming the payment, a confirmation E-mail will be sent to your e-mail address with details of your order from Epson, if this does not occur please contact us. weborders@epson.com.au
